Recently I bought this report that is protected, meaning its inaccessible to screanreaders. Anyone know what I can do about this? Yes I've already contacted their tech support and have the latest version of adobe and no go there. What can you suggest?

Can you print the document? If so, and if you have software like Kurzweil 1000 or Openbook, just use the virtual printer function to access it.

Wow! You can do that? That'd be great too since kurzweil didn't really do a perfect job lol. I'd appreciate that very much thanks. PMing it now.

There are some programs that do it; I used pdf password remover.
